20 Nisan 1991 tarihinde Denizli’de doğan Saffet Kanpolat, 2014 yılında Marmara Üniversitesi Hukuk Fakültesi’nden onur derecesiyle mezun olmuştur. Avukatlık stajının ardında hukuk alanındaki kariyerine adım atan Saffet Kanpolat, 2016 yılında Kanpolat Hukuk Bürosu’nu kurarak bireysel ve kurumsal müvekkillere hizmet vermeye başlamıştır. Aynı yıl, Kadir Has Üniversitesi’nde Spor Hukuku ve Yönetimi alanında eğitimini tamamlamış ve bu alanda çalışmalarını da sürdürmektedir. Spor hukuku alanındaki çalışmalarının yanında aktüerya (Tazminat) hukuku alanında da aldığı eğitimlerle de bu alanda çalışmalarına devam etmektedir. 2022 yılından itibaren sicile kayıtlı bir arabulucu olarak görev yapmaya başlamış ve uzmanlaşmıştır. Hukuki bilgi birikimini derinleştirmek amacıyla akademik kariyerine de devam eden Saffet Kanpolat, Antalya Bilim Üniversitesi’nde Özel Hukuk alanında tezli yüksek lisans eğitimine devam etmektedir. Mesleki çalışmalarıyla dikkat çeken Av. Saffet Kanpolat , Medeni hukuk, Ticaret Hukuku, Miras Hukuku, Taşınmaz davaları, Bankacılık ve Finans Hukuku , Spor hukuku ve arabuluculuk alanlarında danışmanlık ve dava hizmetleri sunmaktadır. İleri seviye de İngilizce bilmektedir.
